The author
Vlad Evenhar designs the language and makes its rulings: what the syntax means, which behaviour is a contract and which is a bug, and what the interpreter must refuse rather than guess. The implementation is written by AI agents working under that direction; the textbook’s examples and the studies’ assertions run as tests.

The project
Axioma's audience is as much philosophers and economists as programmers. The studies turn arguments from classic texts into programs whose assertions run, and the papers set out the research programme behind the language. Its lineage, from Leibniz to logic programming, is credited in The Organon as a Test Suite.
The source repository is being prepared for public release under the axiomalang organisation on GitHub. Until then, the playground runs the same interpreter in your browser, and the Manual and textbook document it in full.
The name
